问题原因
连接中台DB数据库出问题

排查步骤
1、到路径D:\CROSS\CROSS\server\default\log下查看server.log，找到对应的报错时间，用查询ERROR 的方式寻找与SQL相关的错误
2、若是数据库ip或者crossuser密码出问题，可以查看D:\CROSS\CROSS\server\default\deploy\CROSS.war\WEB-INF\jdbc.properties下数据库的具体链接信息，检查账密
